If you’re looking for an creative all rounder, here’s a few of the projects I’ve completed and I’m working on a new showreel but I have to let real work get in the way. Happy to work from home, also missing agency life a bit .
Logo designs mostly created in Adobe Illustrator, sometimes a little Photoshop but Illustrator is cleaner
A collection of different animation and websites. I use Blender, After Effects, Animate and different character animation packages. Video editing is usually done with Premiere or Final Cut.
Print design for flyers, business cards and catalogues, produced in Adobe inDesign with touches of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Email marketing designs
Dunno was the name of a character that I used for 13 mini games when I decided I’d make a game per month for a year.
Some character design for a TV show that never happened, initial scribble through test characters and a screen shot of the animation.
A pop art bicycle made by a group of young people in Altrincham and a Whooosh! designed and cut out on a CNC router by me.
I wrote code to change video effects due to frequencies, tones and beats. I usually had at least two computers working on it and a video mixer just in case.
Expression tests for new character
A short video to raise money for drive-by game design workshops. Probably made in After Effects
dubdubdub is a live performance where suggestions from the audience are mixed with music in real-time from the internet and projected on to whatever surface is available. Great fun and I get to hide behind a screen. I use software to manipulate the video streams in real time and I’ve written a few generative code snippets that change the the effects to frequencies or beats in the music.
